About The Founder
Cate Band is the founder of The Unlock Org, a leadership and organisational advisor, and executive coach.
​With over 20 years’ experience working across high-growth, scaling and established organisations, Cate has spent much of her career helping businesses navigate periods of growth, change and complexity.
Her experience spans both executive leadership and advisory roles, giving her a practical understanding of what it takes to lead, build teams and shape organisations through different stages of growth.
Today, her work spans organisational and leadership advisory, executive coaching, leadership development and team effectiveness.
Cate is particularly drawn to the messy, complex moments where the answer isn’t immediately obvious. Her approach combines commercial pragmatism with a deep understanding of people and organisations, helping leaders make sense of what’s really going on, find clarity and translate that into meaningful action.
